OnlyFans & Webcam Leaks Investigation

October 2022

What's this investigation all about?

The Hoda Law Firm is currently investigating novel legal theories designed to move the law a quantum leap forward in the fight against digital piracy. We are focused on, and want to hear from, OnlyFans models and webcam performers.

If your OnlyFans content or webcam performances were leaked or pirated online, you need to read the rest of this article and contact The Hoda Law Firm today.

Are you talking to ... me?

If you are an OnlyFans model or webcam performer on Chaturbate, MyFreeCams, CamSoda, Fansly, ManyVids, StripChat, LiveJasmin, StreamMate, Cams.com, BongaCams, CamSoda, JerkMate, Cam4, ImLIve, SkyPrivate, XCams, BimBim, or any other platform and have had your content pirated and reposted online without your permission––yes, we are talking to you.

In addition, if you are a "mainstream" content creator on Instagram, TikTok, or other platforms and have had your content pirated and reposted without your permission – we want to hear from you too.

I can't do anything about piracy – right?

Wrong. For years, independent content creators have been ignored by lawyers and told by everyone that there was NOTHING they could do about piracy. This is simply not true. Lawyers have just not been properly motivated to advocate for content creators' rights, for two reasons.

First, lawyers are always concerned with how they will get paid. Understandably so – no one wants to work for free! But the hourly rates lawyers often charge clients have simply been too high for most content creators, and the financial incentive has not been strong enough to get many lawyers interested.

Second, many lawyers simply do not understand the piracy ecosystem, the technological plumbing of the internet, or the legal remedies available in this area. Developing legal strategies for effectively fighting piracy requires deep knowledge in all of these areas.

Gladly, this was all the past. It's a new day.

What can The Hoda Law Firm do for me?

The Hoda Law Firm is conducting an investigation into potential claims by independent content creators, including class action claims, that have the potential to fundamentally change the piracy ecosystem.

These claims also have the potential for significant monetary recovery for independent content creators who have repeatedly been victimized by the dastardly pirates and their enablers.

Perhaps most importantly, The Hoda Law Firm is taking on new clients in this area on a contingent fee basis. This means that the independent content creators we advocate for do not pay any legal fees out of pocket – The Hoda Law Firm's compensation will come from the defendants in future legal action.

(Note that your eligibility for a contingent-fee arrangement with The Hoda Law Firm is subject to our review of the facts of your case and further discussion.)

Aren't the pirates like, in Russia somewhere?

Let's get this guy.

You may be thinking: how would this work? Aren't all the pirates in some far-away country where U.S. law can't reach them? Isn't this all a fool's errand?

No, it isn't. Large U.S. corporations may be liable for their complicity in the digital pirates' activities. These corporations have the power to stop the digital piracy ecosystem in its tracks. The only reason they haven't yet is that content creators haven't forced their hand. Now is the time.

What should I do?

The Hoda Law Firm is currently conducting an investigation into these matters. We want to hear from you. If you are an independent content creator and have been the victim of digital pirates and their enablers, reach out to us today.
